“The illiterate of the 21st Century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.”
Alvin Toffler 1970
To innovate, design and implement a people-centric and sustainable architecture of transformation to deliver business objectives and the future of work.
The rate of change has exceeded our innate ability to adapt. This can be solved. Like the athlete or engineer, we can enhance innate ability with learning.
But we don’t. We say ‘people resist change’ and ‘we have a mental health crisis’.
There is a clear architecture to transformation. Engineering and Artistry are both required.
The architecture of transformation is symmetrical. The skills of change are crushed by untrained leaders. Great leaders cannot inspire innovation in those who do not have the skills of change.
